Short abstract from the book:
The long-tailed duck is a common winter visitor in Danish waters southwest of Bornholm, south of Lolland and Falster and to a lesser extent in Kattegat. Only seven long-tailed ducks have been ringed in Denmark, and one was later recovered close to the ringing site. Two long-trailed ducks ringed abroad were reported from Denmark, both in January. One was ringed as a duckling in Lapland and shot west of Langeland, and the other was ringed as a juvenile in western Greenland and shot at Gedser
