Short abstract from the book:
The broad-billed sandpiper is a rare passage migrant in Denmark and of 57 ringed birds none has been recovered. One bird ringed at Falsterbo on 18 August 1967 was recorded the same year on Amager on 21 August and found dead on 25 August on Saltholm.
