Rødtoppet fuglekonge

Short abstract from the book:
The firecrest is a rare breeding bird in Denmark, breeding mainly in southern Jutland and the southeast of the country. It is rare passage migrant in September–October and March– April. Six hundred firecrests have been ringed in Denmark, the majority in the 1970s. Five birds have been recovered, all at the ringing site. Only one of these birds was a local breeding bird, in Gribskov in northern Zealand. It was ringed on 18 June 1968 and recovered on 24 June 1969. The others were ringed and recorded at migration hotspots between 1 and 32 days after ringing.
